Please ensure you have read my terms and conditions before ordering your pet portrait.
Copyright
As the artist, I Cathy Settle, will retain full copyright on all of my artwork that I produce, including prints. I will have the sole right to sell and have my artwork reproduced. When a piece of work is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website and on my social media pages. Clients who would like the commission to be kept a secret for a special occasion must notify me so that I know when it is safe to share publicly
Deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date in my diary for work to commence
Payment
A photo of your coloured pencil drawing will be shown to you on completion for your approval. Obviously artwork is very subjective and individual taste but should it not meet expectations, I may be able to make adjustments, however, I would need to charge an extra £30 a day for additional work on the piece.
Once payment has been made securely, your commissioned pet portrait will be posted.
If payment has not been received within 28 days it will be presumed that satisfaction was not met and that the client does not want to purchase the portrait. Therefore the item will then be placed on open sale to the public.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. Return the portrait to me and I will arrange another date for replacement work to recommence on my client waiting list
